April 2026 – William “Tim” Fernandez
Our Elk of the Month for April is William “Tim” Fernandez. Tim helps out in the kitchen every chance he gets – from cooking Sunday brunches to supporting the Monday Night Guest Chef meals. He does it all with pride and a smile. We can always count on him to step up, lead and assist whenever needed. He is truly a model Elk and embodies what Elkdom is all about.
May 2026 – Rachel Hunt
Our Elk of the Month for May at Newport Harbor is Rachel Hunt. Rachel is a familiar face behind the omelet station on Sundays and is always there to lend a hand during Monday night dinners and throughout the week around the lodge. Her reliability and willingness to help never go unnoticed – we can always count on her to step in whenever needed. Thank you Rachel, for your dedication and positive spirit!
June 2026 – Cathy Armstrong
Our Elk of the Month for June at Newport Harbor is Cathy Armstrong. Cathy, a Past First Lady, is always willing to step up and help wherever she is needed. From assisting with lodge events to sharing her experience and guidance, her dedication never goes unnoticed. Her knowledge and attention to detail are especially appreciated when it comes to organizing seating charts and helping events run smoothly. Cathy’s positive attitude, reliability and continued commitment to our lodge truly embody the spirit of Elkdom.
